UP TGT matlab Uttar Pradesh Trained Graduate Teacher — ye UP ke aided secondary schools (Class 6 se 10 tak) me padhane wale teachers ki recruitment hai. Pehle ye recruitment UP Secondary Education Service Selection Board karta tha, ab naya bana UP Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) isko conduct karta hai. Selection written exam ke through hota hai, aur ye permanent government-aided posts hain — salary 7th CPC ke Level-7 pay scale par milti hai.

• DA (~38%): lagbhag Rs. 17,062
• HRA (X-city 24%): lagbhag Rs. 10,776 | (Y-city 16%: Rs. 7,184)
• TA + DA on TA: lagbhag Rs. 4,200
• Gross: lagbhag Rs. 76,900 – Rs. 80,500
• NPS deduction (~10% of Basic+DA): lagbhag Rs. 6,200

Educational Qualification

• Related subject me Graduation (50% marks) ya Post Graduation (45% marks) — subject-wise exact combination notification me di gayi hai.
• B.Ed — NCTE se recognised programme se, zaroori.
• TET qualified — Class 6 se 8 ke liye Teacher Eligibility Test pass hona zaroori.
• Bina B.Ed ya bina TET ke form reject ho jayega — ye dono non-negotiable hain.

• Minimum: 21 saal | Maximum: 62 saal
• Age relaxation UP government rules ke hisaab se milegi (Advt 07/2026 ke TGT Examination Rules ke hisab se).

Selection Process aur Exam Pattern

Selection do stage me hoga:

1. Written Exam — 120 objective (MCQ) questions, 360 marks, 2 ghante ka paper. Har galat jawab par 1 mark katenge (negative marking), to tukka maarne se bacho.
2. Document Verification — merit ke basis par shortlisted candidates ke documents verify honge.
