SSB Head Constable Ministerial Shortlist 2026: 1,725 Out

Last Updated On: 3 November 2026

Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) ne 2 November 2026 ko Head Constable (Ministerial)-2020 recruitment ka CBT shortlist release kar diya hai. Ye shortlist un candidates ki hai jo 7 July 2026 ko hue Computer Based Test (CBT) me qualify hue hain aur ab Typing / Skill Test me baithenge. Recruitment 115 posts ke liye hai (Advt No. 338/RC/SSB/HC(Min)/2020), aur shortlist me total 1,725 candidates ke naam hain.

Ek baat saaf rakh lo: 14 October 2026 ko sirf CBT marks dikhe the, uska matlab shortlisted hona nahi tha. Asli shortlist wahi hai jo 2 November 2026 wale official notice me hai. Agar tumhara naam us list me hai, tabhi tum skill test ke liye eligible ho. SSB Head Constable Ministerial CBT marks wale update me humne yehi bataya tha ki skill test ki date ka wait karo — ab wo date bhi aa gayi hai.

Key Stats: SSB HC Ministerial Shortlist 2026

SSB Head Constable (Ministerial) Kya Hai?

Head Constable (Ministerial) SSB ka ministerial cadre post hai — isme office aur clerical kaam hota hai, jaise records, correspondence aur documentation. Ye ek uniformed post hai, lekin iska main kaam field duty se zyada ministerial work hai. Isliye selection me physical test ke saath written exam aur typing test dono hote hain, kyunki roz ke kaam me typing speed hi asli skill hai.

Shortlist Summary: Category-Wise Kitne Candidates Shortlist Hue

SSB ne category-wise shortlisting ki hai — har category me vacancies ke lagbhag 15 guna candidates ko skill test ke liye bulaya gaya hai. Isi wajah se total 1,725 ka figure banta hai (115 posts x 15).

Cut-off marks ka matlab ye hai ki us category me is score ya usse zyada lane wale candidates ko shortlist kiya gaya hai. Apni category ka cut-off upar wali table se match karo — sirf total marks dekhkar andaza mat lagao.

Skill Test / Typing Test: Centre-Wise Schedule

Skill test notice 30 October 2026 ko aaya tha, aur test do alag dates par paanch centres me hoga. Teen centres par test 16 November 2026 se shuru hoga, aur do centres par 18 November 2026 se.

Apna centre aur apni exact date apne admit card se confirm karo — centre-wise date sirf test shuru hone ki date hai, tumhara individual slot admit card par likha hoga.

Typing Test Pattern: Speed Aur Qualifying Nature

Typing test me English ke liye 35 words per minute aur Hindi ke liye 30 words per minute ki speed chahiye. Ye test sirf qualifying hai — iske marks final merit me nahi judte. Final merit CBT marks ke basis par banegi, lekin typing test me fail hone par candidate aage nahi badh payega, chahe CBT score kitna bhi achha ho. Isliye abhi se daily typing practice karo, apni chosen language me.

Skill Test Ke Baad DV: Documents Abhi Se Ready Rakho

Skill test qualify karne ke baad Document Verification (DV) hoga, phir medical exam, aur uske baad final merit list banegi. DV me aksar ye documents mange jate hain: 10th aur 12th ke certificates, caste ya category certificate (agar applicable ho), domicile certificate, photo ID, aur skill test admit card. Apni DV ki taiyari ke liye DV Checklist Generator se apni personal document checklist bana lo, taaki last moment par koi paper missing na mile. Paramilitary recruitments ke admit card updates par bhi nazar rakho — jaise BSF Head Constable RO RM admit card wale candidates ke liye alag schedule chalta hai.
