Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree: General, Unreserved aur General-EWS candidates ne recognized university se Master’s me kam se kam 55% marks (without rounding off) liye hon. OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD/PwBD aur Third Gender candidates ke liye 50% marks chahiye.
- Final Year Candidates: Jo abhi Master’s ka last year kar rahe hain ya result ka wait kar rahe hain, wo bhi provisionally apply kar sakte hain. Lekin NET result ke 2 saal ke andar (PhD-only category ke liye 1 saal ke andar) required percentage ke saath degree complete karni hogi, warna disqualify ho jaoge.
- 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree: 4 saal / 8 semester ki bachelor degree wale candidates bhi eligible hain agar unke kam se kam 75% aggregate marks hon (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/EWS ko 5% ki relaxation). Dhyan rahe — is route se qualify karne par JRF aur PhD admission milega, lekin Assistant Professor post ke liye eligible nahi honge.
- PhD Holders: Jinhone Master’s level exam 19 September 1991 tak complete kar liya tha, unhe aggregate marks me 5% ki relaxation (55% se 50%) milegi.
- Ek candidate sirf ek hi application form bhar sakta hai. Multiple forms bharne par sirf pehla form consider hoga, baaki reject ho jayenge.

- JRF: Exam conclude hone wale month ke first day (1 December 2026) par 30 saal se zyada age nahi honi chahiye.
