OSSC CGLRE Phase-III Certificate Verification Kya Hai?
Certificate Verification (CV) OSSC ke Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (CGLRE)-2025 ka ek document scrutiny stage hai. Written exams (prelims aur mains) clear karne ke baad shortlisted candidates ko apne original certificates — degree, caste/category, age proof, domicile waghera — Commission ke saamne physically verify karwane hote hain. Sirf wahi candidates aage badhte hain jinke documents official advertisement (Advt No. 5751/OSSC) ki eligibility se match karte hain.
Phase-III iska teesra round hai — pehle do phases (Phase-I aur Phase-II) September-October me ho chuke hain, aur ab Serial No. 1 se 500 tak ke 500 candidates ka verification 22 se 28 October tak hoga.

Phase-I vs Phase-II vs Phase-III — Comparison
CGLRE-2025 ka certificate verification phase-wise ho raha hai. Teeno phases ki timeline ek nazar me:
| Phase | Notice No. | Notice Date | Admission Letter From | Verification Period |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Phase-I | 3498/OSSC | 11/09/2026 | September 2026 | September 2026 |
| Phase-II | 3619/OSSC | 28/09/2026 | 30/09/2026 | October 2026 (last date 15/10/2026 — corrected) |
| Phase-III | 3838/OSSC | 13/10/2026 | 16/10/2026 | 22 – 28 October 2026 |
Ek important correction: Notice No. 3838/OSSC me bataya gaya hai ki Phase-II wale Notice No. 3619/OSSC me ek typographical error thi — wahan verification ki last date 16/10/2026 likhi thi, sahi date 15/10/2026 hai. Baaki saari terms and conditions Notice No. 3498/OSSC (11/09/2026) wali hi lagu rahengi.
Admission Letter Kaise Download Karein
Admission letter 16 October 2026 se OSSC ki website par available hai. Ye login-based download hai — steps:
- ossc.gov.in kholen.
- Apne user credentials (User ID aur password) se login karein.
- “Download Admission Letter — Phase-III Certificate Verification, CGLRE-2025” link par click karein.
- Letter download karke usme apni verification date, reporting time aur board number check karein — aur official schedule PDF me apne roll number ke saamne wali entry se match kar len.
- Letter ka printout nikaal len — verification ke din ye sabse important document hai.
Schedule Me Apna Slot Kaise Check Karein
Schedule roll number se arranged hai, naam se nahi. ossc.gov.in ke What’s New section me Notice No. 3838/OSSC ka PDF kholen, usme apna 12-digit roll number search karein, aur usi row me apni verification date, reporting time aur board number note kar len. Agar aapka roll number is schedule me nahi hai, to aap Phase-III ke liye shortlisted nahi hain — aage ke phases/updates ke liye website check karte rahen.
Boards ka pattern: har session me Board-I se Board-V tak paanch boards par candidates bante hain — aam taur par 10:00 AM session me har board par 12 aur 02:00 PM session me har board par 10 candidates. Aapka board number admission letter aur schedule dono me likha hoga.
Verification Ke Din Kaun Se Documents Le Jayen
Notice ke mutabiq Phase-III par Notice No. 3498/OSSC (11/09/2026) ki saari terms lagu hain. Us hisaab se ye documents ready rakhen:
- Admission Letter (ossc.gov.in se downloaded printout)
- Biodata-cum-Attestation Form (Phase-I notice ke saath publish hua tha)
- SEBC declaration (jahan applicable ho)
- Original certificates — educational qualification, age proof, caste/category certificate, Odia language proof aur Advt No. 5751/OSSC me mange gaye baaki documents
- Ek valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID ya Driving Licence)
- Documents ki self-attested photocopies ka set
Exact document list ke liye Notice No. 3498/OSSC aur Advt No. 5751/OSSC zaroor padh len — wahi final authority hai.
