| Gender | Category | Height (barefoot) | Weight | Chest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Male | All categories (except Gorkhas, Garhwalis, Rajbanshis, ST) | 167 cm | 57 kg | 78 cm (83 cm expanded) |

PET Race Standards (Official)
PMT clear karne wale candidates PET me race denge. Race ki timing RFID technology se measure hogi aur sirf ek hi chance milega — PET qualifying nature ka hai:
| Gender | Event | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Male | 1600 meter run | 6 minutes 30 seconds |
| Female | 800 meter run | 4 minutes |
| Third Gender | 800 meter run | 3 minutes 30 seconds |
Note: 35 saal se upar ke ex-servicemen ke liye relaxed PET standards hain (male 800m in 3:30, female/third gender 800m in 4:30). Aur ek important baat — field test ke din tumhara look application form wali photo se match karna chahiye, warna board candidature reject kar sakta hai.
